There is <strong>no registration fee<\/strong> for qualified participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The course is designed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of <strong>Scratch programming<\/strong>, a visual programming platform that allows learners to create interactive stories, animations, games and other digital projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through the training, participants will develop a foundational understanding of computational thinking and learn how to navigate the Scratch interface while applying basic programming concepts such as <strong>sequencing, variables, operators and control structures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program aims to enable participants to confidently design and develop simple interactive projects while strengthening their creativity, logical thinking and basic problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Open to 100 Participants<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The training is limited to <strong>100 participants from Region VIII \u2013 Eastern Visayas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is open to individuals with little or no prior coding experience, including employees and personnel from <strong>National Government Agencies (NGAs), Local Government Units (LGUs), State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), and the private sector<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prior programming experience is not required.
