Leyte holds its turnover of Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) equipment to Alangalang III District.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These DRRM equipment includes wheel chairs, fire extinguishers and other essential tools that will strengthen the Alang-alang III District in its effort to become proactive in disaster risk management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mayor Lovely Yu-Castro leads the turnover together with MDRRM Officer Mr. Cliff Errol Ripalda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <\/p>\n\n\n<div
