TACLOBAN CITY<\/em> \u2014 The Land Transportation Office (LTO) Regional Office No. 8<\/strong>, in partnership with the LTO Driver\u2019s Education Center<\/strong>, has released the official list of participants for the Free 15-Hour Theoretical Driving Course (TDC)<\/strong> scheduled on November 14\u201315, 2025<\/strong>. The two-day course will take place at the LTO Driver\u2019s Education Center, Old Army Road, Brgy. 02, Tacloban City<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The activity forms part of the agency\u2019s commemoration of the National Day of Remembrance for Road Crash Victims, Survivors, and Their Families<\/strong>, aligned with this year\u2019s theme, \u201cJourney to Zero: Remembering the Past, Safeguarding the Future.\u201d<\/em> The initiative aims to strengthen road safety awareness and equip future motorists with foundational driving knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    All enrollees are advised to be at the venue on or before 8:30 a.m.<\/strong> Latecomers will not be allowed<\/strong> to attend, and their slots will be forfeited<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
