Leyte \u2013 <\/strong> A heart-warming convoy of 23 vehicles made its way to Southern Leyte as <strong>Angels on Wheels<\/strong>, together with several partner organizations, delivered the second wave of relief assistance to communities heavily affected by Typhoon Tino on November 9, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a strong display of solidarity, Angels on Wheels partnered with the <strong>Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry Tacloban-Leyte, Inc.; JCI Tacloban Love, Inc.; TFOE-Philippine Eagles EVR 1, 2, and 3; J&amp;T Express Eastern Visayas; and EDGE Cares LNHS Batch 87<\/strong> to transport and personally distribute essential relief items across selected barangays in <strong>three municipalities (Silago, Hinunangan and St Bernard) in Southern Leyte<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The relief operation successfully delivered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>2,000 relief packs<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>150 tent materials<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>750 gallons of clean drinking water<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>300 towels &amp; blankets<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>200 loot bags for children<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>11 dozen pairs of slippers<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>235 hygiene kits<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite the devastation left by Typhoon Tino, responders were met with the resilient and hopeful spirit of the Filipino people\u2014families greeting them with smiles that eased the weight of the scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angels on Wheels extended heartfelt gratitude to the donors and partners who made this mission possible, including:<br><strong>Sacred Heart of Jesus Women\u2019s Association, MCA Trucking, JashTech, Ms. Joy Valledor, Canvas for A Cause, Ms. Jenny Perez, CapGara Run Club,<\/strong> and other generous anonymous donors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe may have transported and distributed the goods, but <em>you<\/em> are the true instruments of hope and faith in these difficult times,\u201d the group shared, thanking supporters for their continued trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The team also expressed appreciation to <strong>Saint
