Joel Custodio Cinco<\/strong>, Vice Mayor <strong>Hon. Araceli P. Go<\/strong>, members of the Sangguniang Bayan, SK Pederasyon President <strong>Hon. Fionah Kimberlyn B. Acompa\u00f1ado<\/strong>, <strong>Mr. Michael Y. Rapada, HRMO-Designate<\/strong>, representatives of the Local Youth Development Council (LYDC), SK Chairpersons, youth organizations, the Technical Working Group, judges, awardees, and guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In their messages, Mayor Cinco, Vice Mayor Go, Hon. Acompa\u00f1ado, and Mr. Rapada expressed their support for the young people of La Paz and underscored the importance of creating opportunities where the youth can develop their talents, pursue their dreams, and contribute meaningfully to the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Celebrating La Paznons Who Excel<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the notable recognitions was the celebration of <strong>Mr. Gilbert T. Trinchera<\/strong>, who was honored as an <strong>Outstanding Eastern Visayas Awardee for Entrepreneurship and Innovation 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The municipality expressed immense pride in Trinchera\u2019s achievement, noting that his accomplishment carries the name of La Paz beyond the municipality and into the wider Eastern Visayas community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His achievement demonstrates that great ideas can emerge from local communities and that young La Paznons can rise, compete, and excel at the regional level while reaching a global audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The LGU La Paz recognized Trinchera as an inspiration to young people who aspire to pursue innovation, entrepreneurship, and excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another outstanding achievement recognized during the celebration was that of <strong>Mr. Ryv Biensent Daclizon Gabor<\/strong>, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering graduate of the <strong>University of the Philippines\u2013Diliman<\/strong>, who graduated <strong>Summa Cum Laude in 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The municipality also recognized <strong>Mr. Mark Anthony E. Yu<\/strong> of Barangay Calabnian, La Paz, Leyte, for achieving <strong>Top 7 in the 2026 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The recognition of these achievers underscored the LGU\u2019s commitment to celebrating excellence and inspiring other young La Paznons to pursue their educational and professional goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recognizing Youth Leadership and Service<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The celebration also honored the <strong>Outstanding and Most Outstanding Sangguniang Kabataan Chairpersons and SK Councils<\/strong> for their dedication and service to the youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recognized were:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Outstanding SK Chairperson \u2013 Hon. Sorren A. Berones<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Outstanding SK Chairperson \u2013 Hon. Joyce Ann N. Adonis<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Most Outstanding SK Chairperson \u2013 Hon. Eugene Pabustan<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Most Outstanding SK Council \u2013 Poblacion District I<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The LGU La Paz, through the Local Youth Development Office, expressed appreciation for the SK leaders\u2019 continued partnership and collaboration in advancing youth development programs throughout the municipality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The SK Chairpersons and councils were encouraged to continue serving as role models for the young people they represent and to pursue initiatives that create meaningful opportunities for youth participation, leadership, and growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Supporting Youth Organizations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 2nd Pasidungog also recognized <strong>YORP-registered youth organizations<\/strong>, highlighting their role in strengthening youth participation and community engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The recognition reflects the LGU\u2019s message to its young people: <strong>\u201cWe see you. We value your efforts. We celebrate your achievements. And we believe in your potential.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through the recognition of youth organizations, the municipality reaffirmed the importance of collaboration between the local government and youth-led groups in building a more active, inclusive, and empowered generation of young La Paznons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Honoring Academic Excellence<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The celebration likewise highlighted the <strong>Latin Honors of La Paz for 2025 and 2026<\/strong>, recognizing young graduates who demonstrated exceptional academic performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among those honored were:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ms. Angelica L. Camasin \u2013 Cum Laude, 2026<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mr. Angelo R. Duma \u2013 Magna Cum Laude, 2025<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ms. Mhel Ann E. Robedillo \u2013 Cum Laude, 2025<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Their achievements serve as an inspiration to students across La Paz and demonstrate the value of perseverance, discipline, and commitment to education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A Community That Believes in Its Youth<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The success of the 2nd Pasidungog ha mga Batan-on han La Paz 2026 was made possible through the collective efforts of the Local Youth Development Office, Local Youth Development Council, SK Pederasyon, SK Chairpersons and councils, Technical Working Group, judges, municipal officials, youth organizations, families, and community partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The organizers expressed heartfelt gratitude to Mayor Joel Custodio Cinco, Vice Mayor Araceli P.
