The Ormoc City High School (OCHS) Alumni Association once again highlights its long-standing commitment to supporting school development through a recently resurfaced document from 1981. The “Loralaine Bingo,” a fundraising initiative organized by the alumni to help complete the construction of a mini-cultural building, received formal approval from the 2nd Sangguniang Panlungsod of Ormoc during its July 7, 1981 session.
Presided over by Vice Mayor Jose C. Aviles, the city council granted its endorsement through Resolution No. 1000, a “Resolution Interposing No Objection to the ‘Loralaine Bingo’ of the OCHS Alumni Association, starting August 1981, provided it conforms to PCC-INP and MSSD Rules and Regulations.”
