It weakened into a tropical depression with maximum winds of 55 kph, moving Southwest of Ormoc, then dissipating at about 10:00 a.m. November 6, 1991.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the storm was a small-size blob of cloud with very intense rain as deduced from satelite pictures, radar echoes, and later, by ground rainfall observation.
