The Local Government of Ormoc through City Mayor Richard Gomez issued Executive Order Number 49, dated 30 April 2020, Series of 2020 detailing the revised guideline in its response to COVID-19 Pandemic.
EO 49 took effect last 1 May 2020, 6pm and until twelve (12) midnight of 30 May 2020.
