All senior citizens of the Philippines are invited to join the “Oath Taking and Virtual Launching of the newly created National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC)” – Philippines under Republic Act No. 11350 on 3 October 2020, Saturday from 9:00 am to 12 noon.

Atty Franklin M. Quijano, the newly appointed Chairman of the Commission will reach out to the millions of Senior Citizens throughout the Philippines as he kicks off his “Listening Tour”. This will be the start of the participatory and consensual process of addressing needs of senior citizens.
