TACLOBAN CITY — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) Regional Office No. 8, in partnership with the LTO Driver’s Education Center, has released the official list of participants for the Free 15-Hour Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) scheduled on November 14–15, 2025. The two-day course will take place at the LTO Driver’s Education Center, Old Army Road, Brgy. 02, Tacloban City.
The activity forms part of the agency’s commemoration of the National Day of Remembrance for Road Crash Victims, Survivors, and Their Families, aligned with this year’s theme, “Journey to Zero: Remembering the Past, Safeguarding the Future.” The initiative aims to strengthen road safety awareness and equip future motorists with foundational driving knowledge.
