The Miss Philippines Universe -Leyte 2025 Sashing Ceremony was held on 12 October 2025 at McArthur Landing Memorial National Park, Palo, Leyte, officially marking the beginning of the pageant festivities.

The 17 candidates were formally sashed by Leyte Province Tourism Consultant Frances Ann Petilla and Ma. Rochelle Alfonso, JD, Local Director and President of Miss Universe Philippines Leyte Inc.

The MUPH Leyte 2025 coronation night will be happening on November 27, 2025 at Baybay City, Leyte. The winner will represent Leyte during the Miss Universe Philippines pageant.
