In observance of the National Day of Remembrance for Road Crash Victims, Survivors, and Their Families, the Land Transportation Office Regional Office No. 8 has released the official list of participants for the Free 15-Hour Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) scheduled on November 14–15, 2025. Held at the LTO Driver’s Education Center in Tacloban City, the two-day training supports this year’s theme, “Journey to Zero: Remembering the Past, Safeguarding the Future,” underscoring the agency’s commitment to road safety and responsible driving. Participants are reminded to arrive before 8:30 a.m., as latecomers will forfeit their slots.
